Greetings from placement cell of SIEM.

This email is shared to each & every registered students,informing well in advance,we are starting up campus recruitment drive for 2021 batch commencing from May 2020.It's plays one among vital role for each one to understand current scenario of COVID-19 lockdown period,and face Online rounds to qualify,& get selected in campus recruitment process.

• 1st : 95% of Campus Recruitment Drive will be on Online Platform Mode,where rounds like (Aptitude,Technical,Opts/HR Rounds) will be either conducted on Skype or Zoom. Hence,please make your personal Skype ID & Zoom Link by downloading from Google store.
• 2nd : Students/Applicant body language will speak more towards his or her confidence level to crack Opts/HR Round. Hence,start recording your voice intonations,for better perfections & clarity for Online Interviews.
• 3rd : All necessary User ID & Passwords for any Online Campus Recruitment Drive will be shared to respective registered students of respective departments,to take up drive from your residence.
• 4th : Issue of Offer Letter for Joining will commence next year/2021,unlike all necessary drives and all paper works for selected students,will be completed within 2020 calendar year.
• 5th : We will provide ample opportunity,based on the requirements of corporate,where Placement Cell will share best of openings for "Campus drive,Off Campus Recruitment Drive or Pool Campus Recruitment Drive".
• 6th : All necessary details related to any campus recruitment drive will be shared via official registered email & screenshot of same will be sharing same in Official Placement WhatsApp Group of 2021 batch.
• 7th : Kind request to each student's of 2021 batch to maintain proper code in Official WhatsApp Group,where only activities related to Placement,Campus Drive to be discussed,Unlike it's an earnest request not to post any unwanted stuff in Placement WhatsApp Official Group.
• 8th : Phase I/2021 : Campus drive starts commencing from May 2020 to December 2020.Phase II/2021 Campus drive commence from January 2021 to April - May 2021.
• 9th : All Campus Recruitment Drive will be on Hold for any University Semester exams based on the Timetable shared by University and with advance intimation from Examination Cell.
• 10th : Kind request not to ignore any (Off Campus,On Campus,Online,or Pool Campus Recruitment Drive),your active participation right from beginning of Phase I & Phase II will be appreciated,to come up with better package to start your career after completion BTech Degrees.
• 11th : Due to ongoing pandemic COVID 19 lockdown period,Current Companies Job openings is less,hence we request each one students to register with (AMCAT, CoCubes & Elitimus),all necessary details will be shared for self registration with Placement Cell support,Where all three Online Exams will be conducted in College Premises.
• 12th : We will share best of four or five sample resume,where each one is requested to provide necessary details to prepare their own soft copy CV as per company standards.further assistance (if Reqd) will be provided for any clarifications.
• 13th : We will announce suitable date,where Boys/Gents Students is requested to come up well formal dress,well shaved(Gents) & Girls/Ladies requested to come up either in Western Formal or Indian Salwar dress to capture your current Passport Photo for placement activities.
• 14th : Virtual CV/Resume is becoming viral & appreciated by companies,hence once system is well in placed,we request each registered students,to make their personal Video CV linked with your personal Facebook,Instagram & YouTube.Where necessary link can be shared in soft copy CV for Company Recruiter.All necessary tips will be shared for better outcome.
• 15th : For Phase II // We will once again circulate details for capturing 6th,7th semester percentage & for any additional information.
